Cancellation Policy

All lessons must be booked in advance, and payment is due either at the time of booking or immediately following the lesson. We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future lesson, while cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time and no-shows will be charged in full. Lessons are held in an outdoor arena and are weather dependent; in the case of unsafe conditions, lessons may be rescheduled without charge and notice will be given as early as possible. Riders are expected to arrive on time and ready to ride, as late arrivals will not be guaranteed extended time, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a cancellation. For safety, all riders must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants; helmets are recommended, especially for younger riders, and can be provided if needed. By participating in lessons, riders acknowledge the inherent risks associated with working with horses, and a signed liability waiver is required prior to participation. High Call Roping Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue lessons at any time if safety becomes a concern for the rider, horse, or others.
